The mission of Air Force Academy Rugby is to develop exceptional leaders who have been honed by the program’s uniquely competitive and demanding environment. The warrior ethos instilled by the program prepares men and women graduates for any challenge they will face in battle, business, or life. The highest strata in the Air Force have been well represented by rugby alumni including the first female four-star general in Air Force history.
